Copy your NOCBuddy webhook URL
In NOCBuddy, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration and select Datadog. Copy the generated webhook URL — you will need this in the next step.
Configure Datadog to send alerts
Go to Integrations → Webhooks, add a webhook named nocbuddy with your URL, then add @webhook-nocbuddy to the message of any monitor you want forwarded.
Send a test alert
Trigger a test alert from Datadog. It should appear in your NOCBuddy alert feed within seconds. If you don't see it, check the Raw Events log in NOCBuddy for delivery details.
Build your first workflow
Use the NOCBuddy Workflow Builder to route alerts from Datadog to the right team member or escalation policy. You can filter by severity, client, or any alert field.
