Create the integration in NOCBuddy

In NOCBuddy, go to Settings → Integrations → New Integration and choose Grafana. Field mapping and severity are pre-configured. Copy the webhook URL it gives you.

Point Grafana at NOCBuddy

1. In Grafana, go to Alerting → Contact points → Add contact point
2. Choose the Webhook integration and paste your NOCBuddy webhook URL (method POST)
3. Leave 'Disable resolved message' off so recoveries are sent
4. Add a notification policy that routes your alerts to this contact point
5. Optional: add a `severity` label (critical / warning / info) and a `client` label on your alert rules

Menu names can vary a little between Grafana versions. Stuck? Send a test alert — if it doesn't appear, the integration's Raw Events log shows exactly what arrived.

Recoveries close alerts automatically

When Grafana reports the problem is over, NOCBuddy resolves the matching alert (and its incident, once nothing else in it is open) — no one has to click anything. Pair it with grouping rules, runbooks and one-tap Slack acknowledge for a calm on-call.
