Import your PagerDuty schedules and escalations.
Copy your NOCBuddy webhook URL
In NOCBuddy, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration and select PagerDuty Migration. Copy the generated webhook URL — you will need this in the next step.
Configure PagerDuty Migration to send alerts
In PagerDuty go to Integrations → Generic Webhooks (v3), add a webhook subscription and paste your URL. This lets you run NOCBuddy alongside or instead of PagerDuty.
Send a test alert
Trigger a test alert from PagerDuty Migration. It should appear in your NOCBuddy alert feed within seconds. If you don't see it, check the Raw Events log in NOCBuddy for delivery details.
Build your first workflow
Use the NOCBuddy Workflow Builder to route alerts from PagerDuty Migration to the right team member or escalation policy. You can filter by severity, client, or any alert field.
