Copy your NOCBuddy webhook URL

In NOCBuddy, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration and select SolarWinds. Copy the generated webhook URL — you will need this in the next step.

Configure SolarWinds to send alerts

Edit an alert in the Orion Alert Manager, add a trigger action of type “Send a GET or POST Request to a Web Server”, choose POST and paste your URL.

Send a test alert

Trigger a test alert from SolarWinds. It should appear in your NOCBuddy alert feed within seconds. If you don't see it, check the Raw Events log in NOCBuddy for delivery details.

Build your first workflow

Use the NOCBuddy Workflow Builder to route alerts from SolarWinds to the right team member or escalation policy. You can filter by severity, client, or any alert field.
