Copy your NOCBuddy webhook URL
In NOCBuddy, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration and select Microsoft Teams. Copy the generated webhook URL — you will need this in the next step.
Configure Microsoft Teams to send alerts
In Teams, open the channel’s Workflows or Connectors settings and create an incoming webhook. Paste that URL into NOCBuddy under Settings → Integrations so incidents post to the channel.
Send a test alert
Trigger a test alert from Microsoft Teams. It should appear in your NOCBuddy alert feed within seconds. If you don't see it, check the Raw Events log in NOCBuddy for delivery details.
Build your first workflow
Use the NOCBuddy Workflow Builder to route alerts from Microsoft Teams to the right team member or escalation policy. You can filter by severity, client, or any alert field.
