Copy your NOCBuddy webhook URL
In NOCBuddy, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration and select Twilio. Copy the generated webhook URL — you will need this in the next step.
Configure Twilio to send alerts
In Twilio, navigate to your alert or notification settings and paste the NOCBuddy webhook URL as the destination. NOCBuddy accepts standard JSON payloads and maps fields automatically.
Send a test alert
Trigger a test alert from Twilio. It should appear in your NOCBuddy alert feed within seconds. If you don't see it, check the Raw Events log in NOCBuddy for delivery details.
Build your first workflow
Use the NOCBuddy Workflow Builder to route alerts from Twilio to the right team member or escalation policy. You can filter by severity, client, or any alert field.
