Forward Zabbix problem events to NOCBuddy.

Copy your NOCBuddy webhook URL
In NOCBuddy, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration and select Zabbix. Copy the generated webhook URL — you will need this in the next step.

Configure Zabbix to send alerts
Go to Alerts → Media types, create a Webhook media type that POSTs to your URL, assign it to a user, then point an action at that user.

Send a test alert
Trigger a test alert from Zabbix. It should appear in your NOCBuddy alert feed within seconds. If you don't see it, check the Raw Events log in NOCBuddy for delivery details.

Build your first workflow
Use the NOCBuddy Workflow Builder to route alerts from Zabbix to the right team member or escalation policy. You can filter by severity, client, or any alert field.
